Shipping:
We usually use USPS (United States Postal Service) Media Mail within the United States, but use UPS Ground if it's significantly cheaper. To Canada, we always use USPS.If you live outside of North America, email us with your complete order before pressing the "Complete Order?" button, and we'll see how much it will cost via various companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, whatever). (Note, for example, that a recent shipment of one book weighing under two pounds cost $12.00 to Israel - for a $15.00 book.)
The same goes for urgent delivery; we are willing to ship Second Day Air or Next Day, but only if absolutely necessary. We are 13 miles from the nearest Post Office and might not get to it before close-of-business. And UPS/FedEx, all the more so.Returns: If you don't like something, return it undamaged within 10 days, and you'll get a full refund.
